Let us have a small discussion over the growing topic of DEPRESSION which has affected more than a million youths.
Depression is a mental state when a person is under stress or is frustrated or suffers from a disease or is scolded or does not get proper returns after doing good deeds. That man goes into the state of Depression. It is very important to get out of a condition like this. Such a situation can prove to be harmful and quite dangerous to one. It may even accelerate Suicide attempts.

Depression has become a major problem nowadays. Youths are the central victims' of this problem!
This mainly occurs when a person fails to achieve his ambitions and aspirations. When this happens he/she starts thinking that "He/She is the BIGGEST LOSER IN THE WORLD" and overburdens himself/herself with the same thought. Due to regular thinking upon a single topic, a mental illusion is developed. The person facing this starts being unsocial, sad and tensed every time. The Fun element from the life is gone.
Depression not only devastates Mental health but Physical health also. Since depression creates mental dissatisfaction, a person also starts neglecting food, sleep, exercises, etc which are very important for one's development.
What can we do if affected by DEPRESSION?
Firstly, if you feel Depressed and Distressed then what you must do is to engage yourself. This is probably the best way out. You might like to watch Netflix, YouTube, play Video games, or get outside to breathe in some fresh air.
Secondly, you must try out exercising. Exercises tire your body and allow you to take sufficient amount of rest. Also, exercises keep you busy. Exercising is also beneficial for health and sound physique. It will not only elevate Depression but also, addon extra longevity to your life.
Thirdly, when you are Depressed you must start Praying to GOD. Let me tell you that, praying is the best positive activity that inculcates hope and good vibes. When you pray, you actually focus on your problems and brainstorm an idea to solve that problem. So, this is the best way to get out of Depression by actually doing nothing.
Here, I shared just 3 methods there are several others which you can discover like talking to friends, enjoying a coffee, etc, etc.
